let's talk about my first ever offshore visit to Surabaya Indonesia
I would say it was really a "eye-opening" experiences
OFFSHORE babe!
k I think this is nothing to those people already working.
but for a small lil intern, I AM SO GRATEFUL.
anywhere this visit makes me regret, for not choosing Transocean
haha
but it is ok. I take it as a learning procedure lar. (self-psyco)
instead of dirty hands on on the job, I learn how to deal with office politics
it is a very-hard-to-learn-subject-in-life as well k
this is the only way I can make myself feeling better while stucking here :X
ok let's get back to the title!
this is where I stayed for 2 nights.
Shangri-La Surabaya.
can claim lar so who care's how much it costs?
anyhow it was my first time staying alone in one big room in the hotel.
shyt I tried so hard to think "positive" hahhaha
u know lar hotel always got "ghost story"
I make it lol (:
so here is one of the site that I visited. *purely visit k*
Oyong is bigger than in the picture. it was extended.
Seagood 101 is a FPSO where the Hydrocarbon is stored.
this is one of the smallest FPSO hehe
closer view of Sea Good 101
The 2nd site we visit is Wortel 3 and 4
It is a Jack-Up Rig Platform.
well maintained super beautiful.
we went up using this!
Lifting Basket!
just hold the rope and they life you up!
super fun! lol
then the rest just walked around the platform, talked with the crew, watched the operation bla2..
interesting.
and super hate sitting in the office by then hahaha
seriously I dun think I am the type that can sit still and work.
sometime yes lar.
but not here with this company.
no growth no future wth.
kk. let's conclude this visit.
INTERESTING
and learn to appreciate more on those people who worked up there.
dangerous, hot, tiring, boring bla3
and I do not mind spending my next 5 years working there
get money first. the rest not so important lar.
but mind always change lar so I am not saying 100% thingy u get it?? (:
klabyebye.
ohya all picts are curi one LOL
